What I Consider in My Reviews:

Was the service respectful, timely, and warm? Did the staff treat me—and others—with care, regardless of background or appearance?

• Food Quality & Pricing

Was the food fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared? Did the quality align with the price point?

• Atmosphere, Décor & Vibe

Did the space feel inviting, clean, and intentionally designed? Was the energy welcoming? Most importantly—did I feel safe and comfortable?

• Bathrooms & Accessibility

Were the restrooms clean, stocked, and maintained? Was the space accessible to everyone, including ADA-friendly entrances and seating?

• Welcoming Staff & Mindset

Did I feel seen, acknowledged, and valued as a customer? Was there a genuine sense of hospitality or just a transactional exchange?

• Overall Value

Taking everything into account—was the experience worth it? Would I recommend it or return again?
